Refund Exchange Policy
At Itaroma, we accept returns and exchanges only if the product is found damaged upon receipt. If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your specifications, we will facilitate an exchange. To initiate the process, please contact our customer service via email with photographic evidence of the received product, a picture of the invoice, or call us with your order ID.
Important:
- Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Any claims made after this period will not be processed.
- If you receive an item in unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product, along with your pack slip, via the CONTACT US section.
- Items must not be disposed of, as returning them may be necessary to qualify for a refund.
- Products ordered online cannot be exchanged at any of Itaroma’s retail stores.
Reporting a Defective Product
If you receive a defective item anywhere in Pakistan, Itaroma will arrange for our courier partner to pick it up in its original packaging. The pickup date and time will be communicated in advance. However, to process the exchange, you must provide photographic evidence of the received product, a picture of the invoice, and the courier’s airway bill via email or WhatsApp.
Once the defective product is received, Itaroma will issue a replacement for the item listed on the invoice.
Important:
