The opening is an incredibly vibrant, sharp, and almost icy blast of crushed green basil and black pepper. It is herbaceous and aromatic but immediately smoothed out by the grapefruit in the heart. The grapefruit adds a luminous, slightly bitter citrus edge that Bois Impérial lacks, making it feel brighter. As it dries down, it relies heavily on a very clean, woody patchouli and vetiver base that stays dry and earthy rather than dense or syrupy.
Top Notes: Thai Basil, Vetiver, Black Pepper
Heart Notes: Grapefruit, Timur Pepper
Base Notes: Patchouli, Woody Notes
